Do your concession trailers pass inspection?
Our concession trailers have a history of passing health inspections but every county is a little different. Please let us know what county you plan to operate in and we will work with you to meet their specific requirements.
What is required to lease a trailer?
A signed lease agreement, security deposit, a copy of your drivers license, insurance certificate and first months rent will be required in order to lease a trailer. We mostly do long term and short term leases. Please contact us and let us know what your needs are.
Will I be required to get a permit?
Yes. Permits are assigned to the business that will be operating in the trailer, not the trailer itself. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and licenses required by your county and for paying for any and all costs associated.
Do the food trailers have fire suppression? Yes, all of our food trailers have fire suppression systems installed in them.
What type of insurance will I be required to have?
You will be required to carry general liability insurance with a food trailer endorsement. A certificate of insurance coverage naming ATX Food Trailers as an additional insured will be required.
If you do not currently have insurance we recommend the following.
